  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Certain items such as personalized/custom products or final sale items may be excluded from returns—please check the product description.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 30 days of receipt to start the return or exchange process.
  • Please provide your order number, item details, and reason for return/exchange in your message.
  • Our team will guide you through the next steps, including issuing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if required.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was defective, damaged during shipping, or sent in error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns to ensure your package arrives safely.
